From time to time we all forget things, login details, passwords or how to do something. Our software solutions also have some complex screens, modules and functions and if not used on a day-to-day basis you can forget how to use them or what is required, as part of your software annual license you have access to the support team who will be happy to help.

At Newline we also understand that we have software bugs.  These are errors, flaws or faults in the design development, or operation of our software.   These bugs can arise from mistakes and errors made in interpreting and extracting users' requirements, planning a program's design, writing its source code, and from interaction with humans, hardware and programs, such as operating systems or libraries. 
The effects of bugs may be subtle, such as unintended text formatting, through to more obvious effects such as causing a program to crash.

Understanding that we may have bugs means, if they do occur our support team is at hand to assist you and find a resolution as soon as possible.
